The Catamaran Resort Hotel’s Atoll Restaurant has won numerous awards include the San Diego Convention & Visitor’s Bureau Finest Academy of Hospitality Sciences in 1998 and the San Diego Magazine’s people Choice Award for “Best Sunday Brunch” in San Diego in 1998, 1999 and 2006. Enjoy traditional favorites for any meal — the Continental Breakfast is always favorite — or perhaps some more inventive plates like the Eggplant Portobello Mushroom Sandwich at lunch or the Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin at dinner. The Sunday Champagne Brunch should also not be missed. Brunch includes selections from the grill station, the seafood display, and the chef’s salad options, just to name a few choices.
